Founded in 2014, TBC Luxury Resale (To Be Continued…) is a brand conceived from a love a fashion with a desire to attain it on a budget. We believe that you can look amazing with a few key investment pieces and that you don’t need to go broke to look like a million.

With five luxury boutiques throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, Dallas and Los Angeles , a robust e-commerce business and the development of RESALE REVOLUTION (our newest brand targeting Gen Z shoppers), we are aggressively expanding our reach. Director of Operations


Drive Revenue:

  • Coach Store Leaders and Sales Professionals on methods to achieving high performance and delivering exception results
  • Train on Luxury Selling Techniques to include product knowledge, handling of product and loss prevention expectations
  • Teach/Coach Store Leaders and Sales Professionals on clienteling techniques
  • Work with managers and store leads on setting in-store and clienteling goals while managing daily/monthly progress
  • Create a monthly intake plan with Store Leaders and Intake Managers to garner a minimum number of new units/merchandise from current and new consignors
  • Recruit for high performing Luxury Sales Professionals regularly
  • Develop and implement promotional/event calendar for all stores
  • Network in the community to expand brand awareness and generate sales and consignment leads 
  • Use your own network to expand client base

Drive New Business:

  • Work with leadership team in Identifying opportunities in new markets for both TBC and Resale Revolution
  • Create and Implement roll-out plan along side Director of Operations in opening new stores for both TBC and Resale Revolution

Improve Profit:

  • Manage payroll budgets by ensuring appropriate hours usage by week
  • Be knowledgeable about wages and selling cost by Sales Professional
  • Recycle and/or re-utilize supplies where appropriate 
  • Manage supply budgets by knowing what you have and what you need

In-Store Customer Experience:

  • Coach Store Leaders and Sales Professionals in best practices of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Creating practices to promote our Trade, Buy, Consign options as well as other stores in our network.
  • Maintain Clean, Neat & Easy to Shop standards
  • Work with Store Leaders to rotate new product to the sales floor on a weekly basis 
  • Work with Store Leaders to solicit new consignors on a regular basis 
  • Ensure stores are merchandised according to brand standards and have fresh inventory displayed on a regular basis
  • Maintain and train on loss prevention measures in all stores

Online/Phone Customer Experience:

  • Maintain quick turn around of web orders and ensure on-line inquiries are resounded to in timely manner (within 24hrs)
  • Ensure standards of phone answering are adhered to
  • Set expectation of quick reply to any questions/requests
  • Hold Store Leaders accountable for all shipping to be completed within 24hrs of purchase and ensuring all required shipping standards are being met  

Team Engagement:

  • Enhance teamwork within and across all stores
  • Schedule and lead weekly leadership calls
  • On-board/Train new hires  
  • Hold monthly training on product knowledge, luxury selling, merchandising standards, etc…
  • Hold Store Leaders accountable to produce schedules 3 weeks at a time – 2 weeks in advance
  • Respond to Team Members questions/issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent/constant candidate pipeline
  • Coach Store Leaders on how to address interpersonal issues and address in a timely manner
  • Create bonus programs for top performers
  • Establish team building events  
  • Move swiftly through poor performers

Staffing and Training

  • Identify staffing needs and aid in recruitment of qualified candidates.
  • Participate in interviews and the processes of hiring new employees
  • Lead on-boarding and training efforts for new hires.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Associate who will report to the Store Manager as part of a dynamic and growing team.


You will contribute actively to store sales by providing excellent service to all internal and external clients while representing the Company brand and image.


• Provide impeccable service to our shoppers and consignors and be a true ambassador of the brand

• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service

• Maintain an active, accurate and organized client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests in order to continuously build fruitful long-term relationships

• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor

• Follow all company policies and procedures


• 1-3 years of Luxury Retail Experience and/or Resale Experience.

• Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail

Human Resources

Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive HR Associate to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you will assist with recruiting, on-boarding, and various HR tasks as needed. This is a great position to get your foot in the door and be part of a dynamic and growing company. This position is based in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.


You will report to company owners and work with store managers and individual contributors to implement optimal Human Resources support for the organization.


• Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure interviews are scheduled promptly.

• Provide timely and appropriate communication to ensure candidates are informed about the interview process, and application status.

• Perform background checks and assist onboarding administration.

• Coordinated with ADP to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws.

• Acting as a liaison between employees and benefits providers such as 401K plan, insurance, etc.

• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

• Coordinating performance review process including termination, and disciplinary action.

• Participate in developing new and existing policies and procedures.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects.


• Proven experience in HR

• Bachelor's Degree; additional education in HR management is a plus

• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

• Familiarity with social media recruiting

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
